For Sean Knox, leadership is personal—it’s a continuation of a nearly century-long family story built on faith, family, and service. As a fourth-generation leader at Knox Pest Control, Sean carries forward the principles passed down from his great-grandfather: that true success lies in integrity, hard work, and putting people first. Growing up in the family business taught Sean that leadership is about more than running a company—it’s about serving others. That belief has guided his journey from his early education at Georgia Southern University to earning his MBA at Baylor University, and through advanced leadership training at Regent University, where he found inspiration in its call to “lead to change the world.” Today, under Sean’s guidance, Knox Pest Control operates across five states, serving tens of thousands of families and businesses while staying true to its founding mission: to glorify the Lord through exceptional service, team unity, and community commitment. Outside of business, Sean invests his time in mentoring others, supporting youth initiatives, and contributing to local nonprofits. Whether through his work with the Boys & Girls Club, the Rotary Club, or faith-based outreach, he strives to strengthen the communities that have supported his family for generations. For Sean, Knox Pest Control represents more than enterprise—it’s a calling to protect homes, support families, and ensure that the values of integrity and compassion remain at the heart of every success story.
